• Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
• Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. Delivery time is 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee is $12.95.
• Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery time is 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and regulatory reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Return & Exchange Process

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:

3. Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in the instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. For exchanges, the new item will be shipped once the returned item is received and approved.
